In the our Games section you will find a great edition of the “Rubik Cube” and we have also added an article about the game explaining how it was done.
Also we’ve added a number of tutorials about 3D rendering in flash and 3D collision detection.
The game and the articles are all by Eric Lin.

The July Spotlight issue is online!
This month we’ll take a closer look at “Run ‘n Roll”, the latest work by Yamago.
The game features both single player and multiplayer modes, player customizations and lots of game levels and challenges. A must try for all web games addicts!

A basic Flash + PHP/MySQL highscore tutorial by Ihoss, an interesting 2D elastic collision system by M4g3 and a friction prototype by Lomadrian

The authors of “N” (see our May 2004 Spotlight) have released a set of very interesting tutorials about the collision system implemented in their game.
There is a lot of detailed infos and interactive prototypes to test the concepts being explained. Well done, Metanet!

Yeah, we’re getting older! 
One year has passed since the launch date and we’d like to thank everyone supporting the community and all our contributors and reviewers. A big thank you.
We’ve grown pretty fast during those last twelve months and with the launch of version 2.0 we’ve finally organized all the resources in a better way (or at least we feel like we did
).
And now it’s time to unveil some future plans: things are still under development, so it’s just a “sneak peak”.
In a few months we’ll have a section dedicated to multiplayer/multiuser games and applications with lots of resources and the new site area will be based around a nice surprise we can’t still talk about, but we’re sure you ‘ll like it …
